Cake options, sizes and price
Depending on the size of the cake it will come with 3 to 4 layers of a sponge and filling of your choice.
Delivery of your cake will be dependant on your location and free collection is offered from Linton Bakes at the Cozy Kitchen in Peebles.
Due to alcohol licensing laws, if you would like a cake themed with an alcoholic miniature, this may have to be provided by the you and handed into Linton Bakes a few days before delivery. This ultimately depends on the placement of the miniature within the cake, it may be possible to place the miniature onto or aside the cake at the time of delivery.
The prices below show a base price for each sized cake, this is subject to change depending on the design and any additional features that you may want to add such as cake toppers, flowers, macarons etc.
Personalised cakes
For personalised cakes, the turnaround time can vary depending on the level of detail and specific requirements. As these custom creations are in high demand, we kindly recommend providing as much notice as possible to ensure availability and to give your design the attention it deserves.

Fixed-Design Cakes
Our Fixed Design Cakes feature our signature designs, crafted for consistency and effortless elegance. These cakes come exactly as shown, with no design alterations, but you’re welcome to choose your preferred colour palette and add a personalised message. All fixed designs can be prepared and ready to collect after 48 hours, and we offer a range of cake toppers available to purchase separately in-store to complete your look.

FAQs
How do I order?
To place an order simply use the contact me form at the bottom of this page and send me an email. You can also contact me by telephone, though I may not answer if my hands are covered in cake.
When placing your order please say what size, flavour, and any themes/designs you have in mind. If you are unsure and are looking for recommendations and advice I am always happy to discuss any orders further.
I am happy for you to send pictures of my previous work, which you will find across my social media pages.
Do you deliver?
Delivery can be arranged based on our schedule and your delivery address. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your request.
How do I pay?
You can either pay bank transfer/card machine or cash on delivery which ever is easier for you.
£10 deposit must be taken on every Celebration cake order. Wedding cake deposits will be discussed during the consultation/tasting.
Can you cater for my dietary requirements?
Currently I have a range of gluten free and vegan options. Whilst strict measures are taken in the preparation of these cakes, ultimately I work out of a single workspace and so cannot rule out traces of ingredients being present. If you suffer from severe allergies I am happy to discuss your needs further, please get in contact below.
Can I collect my cake?
While we do offer a delivery service, many customers prefer to collect their cakes in order to keep their celebration cake a surprise from family members.
Collections can be arranged from Linton Bakes Coffee Shop, located within The Cozy Kitchen, 1–2 Old Town, Peebles. We’re happy to schedule a collection time that best suits your needs.
What is the best way to travel with my cake?
Before collection you must have your Aircon on full and make sure there is space in the passenger seat footwell or that you have a willing volunteer you trust hold the cake and not start eating it.
Do not travel with the cake on the seat as needs to be on flat surface!
Drive slowly, and once arrived at your destination put the cake in the fridge until an hour or 2 before eating. As buttercream cakes need to be kept cold to look there best but taste best at room temperature.
